It has been suggested to not have player's salaries count against the cap while they are on the DL. Currently 100% of the salary counts whether on the DL or not. I included 3 options (100%, 50%, 0% because that is the easiest way.)
60% of the vote is needed to change. (If 60% vote for 50% or 0%, I will start a new poll to determine the amount to change it to since both are technically answers for a change)
