The salary posted next to each player is what the cost WILL be for year one of their arbitration. This has been determined by their overall or positional finish in points for the 2016 season. The arbitration scale is posted at the bottom of this thread

Arbitration raises will be applied after each season.
Arbitration Scale for Hitters:
If a hitter ranks in the overall top 10 in points for that season, he will earn a 100% raise.
If a hitter ranks in the top 5 in points at his primary position for that season, he will earn a 75% raise.
If a hitter ranks in the top 10 in points at his primary position for that season, he will earn a 50% raise.
If a hitter ranks in the top 20 in points at his primary position for that season, he will earn a 30% raise.
If a hitter does not meet one of these 4 criteria, he will not earn an arbitration raise for that season and his salary will remain the same.
